Where do I check out a book?

There are two ways you can check out a book from another library:

 

1.) You can check out books with your BYU ID card in person at other Utah academic libraries, such as Utah Valley University, Utah State University, and the University of Utah. Go to the Utah Academic Library Consortium website for a list of current participating partner libraries.

2.) With our Interlibrary Loan service, we can also borrow materials from other libraries whenever our library does not own them or they are not available for you to use.

We can usually get an article within 2-3 business days and a book within 7-10 business days.
