How do I donate books to the library?
Answer
Gently used books and media can be donated to the Springy Public Library at the Main Library and the East Branch anytime during our open hours. Please leave donations on the cart in the vestibule.
Accepted donations in good condition:
- Fiction and nonfiction for adults, teens, and children
- Music CDs
- Movies and TV series on DVD or Blu-ray
- LP records
We cannot accept:
- Magazines
- Textbooks or encyclopedias
- Travel guides older than 2 years
- Damaged or stained items
- Materials with mold or mildew
- VHS or cassette tapes
